Module
NX CAD
The extensive capabilities of NX CAD lay the foundation for a seamless manufacturing process right from the component design stage. NX CAM
NX CAM enables programming from 2.5-axis to 5-axis simultaneously, as well as synchronized turn-mill operations, modular and tailored to individual requirements. This is supported by an NC simulation of DMG MORI machine tools, including 3D collision control and real-time material removal.

The in-house DMG MORI MTSK (Machine Tool Support Kit) is not only a post processor certified for DMG MORI machines for creating NC code, but also a full-fledged NC machine simulation with real machine kinematics and a virtual controller based on Siemens' Common Simulation Engine (CSE), which can be customized to specific customer needs.

In-process measuring
Adaptive Machining is an add-on to ensure process and component quality. It is based on the integration of Renishaw measurement cycles, whose range of functions is so diverse that machining processes can be fully or partially automated. With the help of in-process measuring and queries, autonomous setup or correction of machining, machine parameters, and tools, unmanned production can be achieved.

Feature-based Programming (FBM)
With FBM, automated machining operations can be generated in Siemens NX. A geometry feature is recognized using a technology database, and a standardized machining process is created.
